Ever since he was sworn in as a lawyer in 2003, Hans has been advising and assisting business people. He specialises in business law. His clients engage him to resolve disputes between shareholders, and he also handles matters relating to directors’ and officers’ liability. Hans has plenty of experience assisting during takeovers as well. In addition, he often advises businesses on the drawing up of national and international commercial and non-commercial contracts, and has a great deal of experience conducting legal proceedings on matters relating to commercial law.
He successfully completed the postgraduate course in Business and Corporate Law at the Grotius Academy in 2011.
He is a member of the Corporate Litigation Association and the Commercial Law Association.
